Springboard Diving

Russia Post released a stamp on Springboard diving featuring two athletes performing a synchronized diving on 28th September 2023.

Springboard diving is a water sport, which implies athletes jumping into the water from various apparatuses: a tower (5-10 m) or a springboard (1-3 m). During the dive, they perform a number of acrobatic exercises (turns, screws, or spins).
