India Post released a miniature sheet with 4 stamps on 25th March 2026, honoring prominent women's colleges in Delhi for their contribution to education and empowerment. The set features Miranda House, Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Kamala Nehru College, and Gargi College.

A Set of 4 Miniature sheets and Sheetlet was released on 13th February 2026, by India Posts, celebrating the timeless art of Indian puppetry. Stamps depicts Kathputli – Rajasthan, Yakshagana Sutrada Gombeyatta – Karnataka, Ravanachhaya – Odisha, Tolu Bommalatta – Andhra Pradesh, Daanger Putul – West Bengal, Kathi Kundhei – Odisha, Benir Putul – West Bengal and Pavakathakali – Kerala.

Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve

Russia Post released a stamp to celebrate 100th Anniversary of the Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve on 23rd March 2023, featuring map of the museum-reserve, the Church of St. George the Victorious with a bell tower and a refectory, and the Front Gate, the postage stamp provides an image of the Church of the Ascension.

Kolomenskoye is a former palace village and a residence of Grand Dukes. The building development of this territory began in the 14th century; it is deemed that the first building was the Church of the Ascension, consecrated in 1532.

 Russia Post issued a miniature sheet on the Painters of Moscow on 14th December 2021.


Moscow is the capital of Russia, the largest city in the country in terms of population, a hero city. With its historic buildings, streets and monuments, the city used to attract and is still attracting famous artists from around the world, who picture the city in all its beauty in their paintings.

The postage stamps provide reproductions of the following pictures:

— Nebozvon. Decorative Moscow (1915) by A.V. Lentulov (Yaroslavl Art Museum);

Republic of Dagestan

Russia Post released a miniature sheet to celebrate 100 years of the Republic of Dagestan on 10th December 2021.

The postage stamp bears the inscription “100 years. The Republic of Dagestan". On the sheet there is the coat of arms of the Republic of Dagestan, a national ornament, citadel of Naryn-Kala in Derbent, defensive tower in Itzari, Uytash airport arch, the central Juma Mosque and the Kumyk Theater named after A.P. Salavatov in Makhachkala, Avar Music and Drama Theater named after Gamzat Tsadasa, and the monument "Partu Patima" in the village of Kumukh, Laksky district; Khitsib complex-museum "Vatan", Chirkeyskaya HPP.

Russia Post released a Miniature sheet on the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation on 25th November 2021 depicting Hooker Island, Tikhaya Bay, Chump Island and stone balls.

Arctic tourism in Russia is a part of tourism in Russia in the Arctic area, that is a physical and geographical region of the Earth adjacent to the North Pole and incorporating the continental margin in the territorial waters of the Russian Federation in the Arctic Ocean and the land domains of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.

F.M. Dostoevsky

Russia Post issued a miniature sheet to celebrate 200th anniversary of the birth of one of the most significant and world-famous Russian writer F.M. Dostoevsky (1821-1881), on 11th November 2021.

The miniature sheet has images of a book, a writer’s facsimile, and paintings by I. Glazunov: F.M. Dostoevsky (1992) and First Date. Illustration for Dostoevsky's story “White Nights” (2012) from the collection of the Gallery of Ilya Glazunov.

Pavel Osipovich Sukhoi

Russia Post issued a miniature sheet to celebrate 125th anniversary of P.O. Sukhoi (1895–1975), aircraft designer on 22nd July 2020 depicting aircraft Su-2, Su-7BM, Su-27, T-4 (100), Su-57, on the coupon - a portrait of the aircraft designer. Pavel Osipovich Sukhoi (1895-1975) was an outstanding Soviet aircraft designer, one of the founders of domestic jet and supersonic aviation.

The document lays down the framework demarcating fundamental political code, structure, procedures, powers, and duties of government institutions and sets out fundamental rights, directive principles, and the duties of citizens.
