Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav

India Post released a stamp set of  se-tenant stamp to celebrate Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav  on 12th February 2023.

Musical Instruments.

India post released new set of 6 se-tenant commemorative postage stamps on " Musical instruments of wandering minstrels " on 25th June 2020.

The stamps features musical instruments like Surando, Ravanahatha, Kanaicha, Ektara, Burrakatha Dakki and Algoza.

Safdarjung Hospital

India Post released a se-tenant stamp of Safdarjung Hospital on 27th April 2018

Central Industrial Security Force.

A se-tenant stamp on Central Industrial Security Force was released on 8th March 2018.

Banaras Hindu University

A se-tenent stamp on Banaras Hindu University was issued on 28th June 2017.

Deekshabhoomi

India Post released a Se-tenenat stamp on Deekshabhoomi on 14th April 2017 at Nagpur.

Deekshabhoom, one of the most revered monuments of Buddhism, is spread across 22 acres of land in the heart of Nagpur, It's Stupa is the largest hollow Stupa among the Buddhist Stupa in India.

Allahabad High Court

A set of 2 commemorative stamp (Se-tenant) and a miniature sheet on Allahabad High Court was released to commemorate the Sesquicentennial Celebrations of the High Court of Allahabad on 13th February 2016.

As part of the Sesquicentennial Celebrations of the High Court of Allahabad, Philatelic Exhibition ‘Judipex-2016 was also organised at the premises of the High Court from 14th and 15th March 2016.

Suez Canal Stamp by Egyptian Post (2)

Egyptian Post has withdrawn it's earlier controversial stamp of Suez Canal ( refer my earlier post) and has issued a new set of 3 stamp in place of the earlier issue.

A set of  three se-tenant £2 stamps featuring Suez Canal were issued on 5th Aug. 2014 to coincide with the Egyptian government’s announcement of its plans to build a new Suez Canal next to the existing canal. But one of the stamp is said to have the picture of Panama Canal wrongly shown as Suez canal.
