Russia Post released a stampon Evgeny Zinichev on 18th August 2023 depicting the Putorana Plateau and a Gold Star medal.
Evgeny Zinichev (1966-2021) was a Russian statesman and a military figure; from 2018 to 2021, the Minister for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters of the Russian Federation; a Member of the Security Council of the Russian Federation (2018-2021); a General of the Army (2020).
