Russia Post released definitive stamp on 11th June 2019 of 23 Rubles as standard Postage for letters weighing up to 20 grams.depicts the emblem of organizations of the federal postal service of the Russian Federation with an ornamental frame.
On 7th August 2019 7th issue of standard stamps "Eagles" was released. It consists of 12 self-adhesive stamps with face values from 50 kopecks to 100 rubles i.e., 50 kopecks, 1 ruble, 2 rubles, 2 rubles 50 kopecks, 3 rubles, 4 rubles, 5 rubles, 6 rubles, 10 rubles, 25 rubles, 50 rubles and 100 rubles.
