Russia Post released a stamp on 950 years of Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region on 8th August 2021 depicting the monument of archeology "Ust-Sheksna", a panorama of the city with the Transfiguration Cathedral, the Rybinsk Museum-Reserve.it is the second largest city in the Yaroslavl region and part of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation.
