Russia Post released a stamp depicting an image of Soviet Soldier Memorial in Rzhev on 7th May 2020.
The Soviet Soldier Memorial in Rzhev was put up near the village of Khoroshevo of the Rzhevsky District in the Tver Region, on the site of fierce battles of World War II in 1942–1943. Sanguinary battles along the perimeter of the Rzhev-Vyazemsk salient lasted 14 months.
