Russia Post released a stamp on Galina Vishnevskaya,an opera singer,People's Artist of the USSR (1966) on 24th October 2014.She became one of the first Soviet opera singers who have achieved recognition in the international opera scene. The stamp depicts a portrait of GP Vishnevskaya and badge of the Order "For Merit".
