A Special Cancellation was issued at Patna on 26th July 2024 to commemorate 25th anniversary of historic victory of Kargil by Indian Armed Forces. This Special Cancellation rekindles the pride and valour of our soldiers who took part in Operation Vijay. This Day marks the victory of Indian soldiers in capturing the heights that were occupied by Pakistan.The Special Cancellation depicts the Kargil Memorial of Patna.
