I was surfing Internet, and was quite astonished when I came across your blog site and saw the special cover issued by the Government of India to honor and celebrate the 88th Birth Anniversary of the late Dr. Manjeshwara Mukunda Prabhu, who was my elder brother. He was regarded as an expert in several fields: Ancient Indian coins, stamps, Ragas of Carnatic Music, Natural Gem stones, Flowering wild plants of South Canara, etc. He was interested in Vaasthu Shastra and Jyotishya Shastra, too. Whenever he had some free time, he would be reading on various, mindboggling topics. He was a voracious reader, his table was always cluttered with thick books on various topics. Thank you very much for writing about him.
