Russia Post issued a stamp on 6th September 2018 of Oleg Dolgov (1976-1996) depicting his portrait and the Gold Star Medal.
Oleg Nikolaevich Dolgov was a fighter of a special-purpose squad "Rus" of the MVD, a participant in the Chechen campaign, a Hero of the Russian Federation.
