Russia Post released a set of 4 stamp on 15th November 2017 on the Diamond Fund of the Russian Federation depicting treasures like the diamond "Orlov", a power, a brooch with an emerald and a pendant with a raspberry-pink tourmaline.
The Diamond Fund of the Russian Federation is part of the State Fund for Precious Metals and Precious Stones and is a collection of state regalia, unique precious metal nuggets, precious stones, jewelry, of world historical and artistic significance.
