Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)

India Post released a stamp on The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on 5th May 2017 at the closing ceremony of the two-day Seminar on Digital Broadcasting in India – Way forward in New Delhi on 5th May 2017.

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) was established on 20th February 1997 by an Act of Parliament to regulate telecom services, including fixation/revision of tariffs for telecom services which were earlier vested in the Central Government.
