Russia Post released a souvenir sheet on the coat of Arms of Kostroma Region on 5th November 2015.
The stamp depicts the emblem of Kostroma city, the emblem of Kostroma Region and a map of the Russian Federation with the region highlighted in color are depicted on the margins of the souvenir sheet.
