A Special cover was released to commemorate 100 years of Mahila Seva Samaja, Bangalore for the dedicated service in the field of education on 1st October 2013 in Bangalore by the Karnataka
Postal Circle.
The Mahila Seva Samaja, Bangalore was established in October 1913 by Parvathamma Chandrashekara Iyer to provide education and work for girls and under privileged women.
