 A Special Cover of World Tourism Day was released on 27th September 2021 at Bengaluru.

To Foster the spirit of tourism and boost the tourism economy, the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) celebrates September 27 as World Tourism Day, every year since 1980. Amidst the lingering perils of the pandemic, the world tourism industry has suffered tremendously. To bring the fervor and spontaneity of tourism back into the game, the theme for World Tourism Day 2021 has been designated to celebrate 'Tourism for inclusive growth'.

Russia Post issued as stamp to celebrate 100 years of the Main Production and Commercial Department for the Service of   the Diplomatic Corps under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on 30th March 2021 depicting an image of the primary building of GlavUpDK under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in Moscow.

The primary areas of activity of the Main Administration for Services to the Diplomatic Corps (GlavUpDK) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation are based on Russia's compliance with international obligations for accommodation and provision of services for foreign missions accredited in Moscow.

GAYAPEX - 2021

A Special cover was released at GAYAPEX - 2021 on 18th September 2021 depicting various aspects of Pind - Daan.

GAYAPEX - 2021, a two day philatelic exhibition, was held at Bodhgaya on 18th and 19th September 2021. In this event one special cover was issued on 18th September. Cover illustration and cancellation depict various aspects of Pind - Daan,  a rite of paying homage to ancestors.  Gaya, where people offer oblations to their ancestors, is famous for this ritual. Hindus,  from all over the world, come to Gaya for this purpose.

Karbi Anglong Ginger

 A Special cover on the Karbi Anglong Ginger was released on 31st August 2021 at Diphu, Assam.

Ginger produced in Assam's Karbi Anglong is known for its quality and medicinal value which also makes it internationally popular. It is a medium-size rhizome with a yellow skin known for its distinctive pungency and heady aroma.It is grown organically as an important cash crop in Singhasan Hills of Karbi Anglong district using the age-old system of jhum and tila with a shelf-life of 9 months.

India Post released a stamp on four martyrs of  Sholapur depicting  Mallappa Dhanshetti, Shrikisan Sarada, Jagannath Shinde and Abdul Rasul Kurban Hussain on 2nd October 2021.

Fedoskinskaya lacquer miniature

Russia Post issued a set of 4 stamps on the Fedoskinskaya lacquer miniature on 17th March 2021. Fedoskino miniature lacquer painting is folk artistic craft, a kind of traditional Russian miniature lacquer painting with oil paints on papier-mâché that took shape at the end of the 18th century in village of Fedoskino located near Moscow.

The postal stamps provide images of boxes from the collection of the Moscow Regional Museum of Folk Art Crafts:  Ruslan and Lyudmila (1971) by M.S. Chizhov; The Firebird (1959) by S.V. Monashov; Ivan da Marya (1989) by Yu.V. Dotsenko and Tea Party (1946) by V.I. Lavrov;

During this exhibition two special covers were issued.First cover issued on 3rd September on newly commissioned Darbhanga Airport and the other one on 5th September on the Mithila Cultural Symbols.
