Sindhu Darshan yatra a symbol of national integrity and an introducer of cultural unity in diversity, began in 1997 on the Sindhu Ghat in Leh-Ladakh. Pilgrims/yatris from all over India and abroad take a dip in the sacred Sindhu River and perform prayers as per Hindu Vedic, Bodh and Sindhi Behrana customs and traditions. Tthis ancient heritage of ours makes us all proud.

Russia Post released a stamp depicting the Georgievsky Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace on 21st October 2021.
The Georgievsky Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace is the largest of the staterooms of the Moscow Kremlin. It was meant as a hall of military glory of Russian arms and was dedicated to the Order of St. George the Victorious, who since ancient times has been a symbol of Russian feats of arms and the chief guardian and protector of the Russian army. The ceiling vaults are highly decorated with symbols of the Order of St. George: gold stars and crosses. Presently, the Georgievsky Hall hosts meetings of the President of the Russian Federation with foreign delegations; besides, the Hall is used for full-dress dinners and festivals.

A Special cover on the Gandhi of Karnataka, Hardekar Manjappa was released at Banavasi on 8th April 2022.
Shri Hardekar Manjappa was born in 1886 at Banavasi near Sirsi in Karnataka. He was a nationalist. journalist and a great freedom fighter. He was inclined towards Bal Gangadhar Tilak's political ideology initially and then got into the fold of mahatma Gandhi. to propagate the importance of Khadi, he spread the concept of Swaraj and Swadeshi. the life and works of Hardekar Manjappa were based on the Gandhian ideology. Appreciating his services to the people, the people of Karnataka fondly use to call him the Gandhi of Karnataka.
