Karnataka Postal Circle released a special cancellation on 30th August 2023 to celebrate National Small Industry Day. This cancellation was made available at all Bureaus and other Head Post offices in Karnataka.

Rakhi Envelope - 2023

India Post Karnataka Circle issued a Rakhi Envelope which is made available at all HPO's and Philatelic Bureau's in Karnataka.

International Day Of The World's Indigenous People - Special Cancellation.

On account of "International Day Of The World's Indigenous People" a special cancellation was issued by Maharashtra Circle on the 9th August 2023. A Private cover was designed by Chaitanya Jogdeo for the Occasion.

M.Haridas Rao.

A Special cover was released in memory of  M.Haridas Rao on 20th May 2023 at Udupi.

M.Haridas Rao was born at Marpalli in Udupi district. He ws a freedom fighter, Publisher, journalist and creative writer. He is remembered even today for his great novel"Balind Gida". Though he lived as hort life, his literary output is considered valuable. He had a noble life upholding the spirit if freedom and moral thoughtfulness and his works are beacon of culture.

World Photography Day

Karnataka Postal Circle released a special cancellation on 19th August 2023 to celebrate World Photography Day. This cancellation was made available at all Bureaus and other Head Post offices in Karnataka.

Sergei Rachmaninoff

Russia Post released a stamp to celebrate 150th Birth Anniversary of S. Rachmaninoff (1873–1943) on 31st March 2023 depicting a portrait of Sergei Rachmaninoff at the piano and musical notations of his compositions.

Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve

Russia Post released a stamp to celebrate 100th Anniversary of the Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve on 23rd March 2023, featuring map of the museum-reserve, the Church of St. George the Victorious with a bell tower and a refectory, and the Front Gate, the postage stamp provides an image of the Church of the Ascension.

Kolomenskoye is a former palace village and a residence of Grand Dukes. The building development of this territory began in the 14th century; it is deemed that the first building was the Church of the Ascension, consecrated in 1532.

National Handloom Day.

Karnataka Postal Circle released a special cancellation on 7th August 2023 to celebrate National Handloom Day. This cancellation was made available at all Bureaus and other Head Post offices in Karnataka.

Central Vigilance Commission

A Special cover on the Vigilance Awareness Week 2022 was released on 17th October 2022 at Kolkata.

National Jamboree.

A Special cover was released to celebrate the 18th National Jamboree at Pali, Rajasthan on 4th January 2023.

Nikolai Storch

Russia Post released a stamp on to celebrate 100th Birth Anniversary of N. Storch (1923–2002), a military commander on 21st March 2023 depicting his portrait against the building of the People's Commissariat of Defense of the USSR.

High Court of Orissa

 India Post released a stamp on the 75th year of High Court of Orissa on 26th July 2023.

National Flag Day

A Special cover was released to celebrate National Flag Day at Bengaluru on 22nd July 2023

The Indian National Flag was designed Pingali Venkayya in 1923 and had saffron, white and green stripes with the spinning wheel placed in the white section. IT was hoisted on 13th April 1923 in Nagpur during an event commemorating the Jallianwallah Bagh massacre and named as Swaraj Flag. On July 22, 1947 the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Swaraj Flag as the National Flag of Sovereign India with the Ashok Chakra replacing the spinning wheel.
