Jammu Philatelic Festival cum Exhibition was held on 8th and 9th November 2017 at Kala Kendra at Jammu.
A special cover was released on Gharana Wetland which is situated in Jammu region and known for the
large variety of migratory birds which visit this water body on 8th November 2017.
A special cover was released on Almond trees of Kashmir on 9th November 2017.
