Central Orsha-Khingan Red Banner District of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation.

Russia Post released a souvenir sheet to celebrate100 years of the Central Orsha-Khingan Red Banner District of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation on 15th July 2021.

The souvenir sheet contains an image of the heraldic sign of the district, in the margins of the postal block there are archival photos reflecting the military path of the district, and the Orders of Zhukov and the Red Banner.

A Set of 4 Special covers were released on the occasion of the District level Virtual Philatelic Exhibition Samskrithipex 2022 held at Bengaluru on 21st January 2022. Covers were on 150th birth Anniversary of Sri Aurobindo, Channapatna toys and dolls, 125 years of Minto Ophthalmic Hospital and Shri Vadiraja  Theertharu.
