India post released a stamp on Ch.Ranbir Singh on 01.02.2011. He was a visionary, freedom fighter, great patriot, distinguished Parlimentarian and an able administrator.
Hi Mansoor, Interestingly found out that the person in this stamp Ch. Ranbir Singh, is named Ranbir Singh Hooda(refer: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ranbir_Singh_Hooda), i thought that they had put up Chaudhary Ranbir Singh as Ch. Ranbir Singh, but it is not the case, then what does that Ch. in Ch. Ranbir Singh stand for, can you let me know if it is some sort of prefix which is common or so like Sri/Acharya they use for sages or so.
