Russia Post released a set of two stamp on 22nd February 2019 under the series Heroes of the Russian Federation featuring Roman Kitanin and Oleg Tereshkin.
Roman A. Kitanin (1978–2007) - Chief of Intelligence of a separate battalion of the North Caucasus District of the Russian Interior Ministry Troops, major. Hero of the Russian Federation.
Oleg Viktorovich Tereshkin (1971–1995) - deputy commander of a special-purpose platoon “Rosich” of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, warrant officer. Hero of the Russian Federation.
