Dmitrov Kremlin Museum-Preserve
Russia Post released a stamp to celebrate 100 years of the Dmitrov Kremlin Museum-Preserve on 13th December 2018 depicting the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the temple
of the righteous Elizabeth and the Nikolsky Gate of the Dmitrov Kremlin
Museum-Reserve.
Dmitrov Kremlin - partially preserved ancient Russian fortress, the
residence of the princes of Dmitrov. It was founded as a border fortress
by Rostov-Suzdal prince Yury Dolgoruky in the 12th century. On the
territory of the Kremlin is located the Dmitrovsky Kremlin
Museum-Reserve, which includes 12 buildings, including the Assumption
Cathedral (early 16th century), a number of buildings from the 19th –
20th centuries, and the restored Nikolsky Gate.
Gandhi Cover from Bhagalpur
A special cover has been issued from Bhagalpur on 15th February 2019 featuring Mahatma Gandhi depicting Bapu's global influence on struggle for human dignity and freedom and the cancellation depicts Kasturba Gandhi as Bapu's 'teacher of non-violence'.

Heroes Counterintelligence
Russia Post released 2 set of 2 stamp each on the counterintelligence heroes of the Soviet Union on 17th December 2018
Krygin Mikhail Petrovich (1918–1945) - military counterintelligence
officer, lieutenant. The title of Hero of the Soviet Union
(posthumously) was awarded for showing courage and heroism in the fight
against the Japanese invaders during the Seysin operation.
Vasily Mikhailovich Chebotaryov (1918–1944) - military
counterintelligence, guard lieutenant. The title of Hero of the Soviet
Union (posthumously) was awarded for the exemplary performance of combat
missions of the command at the front, courage and heroism shown in
battles during the operation "Bagration".
Sergey Sergeyevich Gromov (1966–1995) - Soviet and Russian officer, captain of the Airborne Forces, counterintelligence officer. On February 27, 1995, for the courage and heroism shown in the performance of service and military duty, Captain Sergey Sergeevich Gromov was awarded the title Hero of the Russian Federation posthumously. He was awarded medals "For Courage", "For distinction in military service" 1st and 2nd degrees.
Ugryumov German Alekseevich (1948–2001) - figure of the state security agencies of Russia, admiral, Hero of the Russian Federation. The title of Hero of the Russian Federation was awarded by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 20, 2000 for courage and heroism shown in the performance of military duty. Awarded the Order for Military Merit, Badge of Honor; medals, including "For Courage in a Fire" (1974); badges "Honorary Counterintelligence Officer" (1997); "For service in counterintelligence" 2nd and 3rd degree.

Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation
Russia Post released a stamp on Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation on 14th December 2018 depicting its emblem and the building.
The Federal Service for the Regulation of the Alcohol Market (Rosalkogolregulirovanie) is the federal executive body responsible for monitoring the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products, for the supervision and provision of services in Russia.

25 years of the Constitution of the Russian Federation
A souvenir sheet was released on 12th December 2018 to celebrate 25 years of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
The Constitution of the Russian Federation is the highest regulatory
legal act of the Russian Federation adopted on December 12, 1993. Stamps
depict the Constitution, the the building of the Federal Assembly, the
Government building and the courts of the Russian Federation with the
flag and, citizens and an excerpt from Article 2 of the Constitution of
the Russian Federation.
Bidar ; Historic City
A set of 5 special cover was released by the CPMG, Karnataka on the tourist places of Bidar on 10th January 2019 consisting of five archaeological cancellations reflecting the rich cultural and heritage of Bidar as part of Bidarpex, philatelic exhibition held at Bidar from 9th to 11th January 2019. The cost of the set is Rs.150/-
This special cover depicts Chowbara, built in pre-islamic period, Narayanpur Shiva temple built in 12th century and Jalasangi Kamalishwar temple built by King Vikramaditya of Chalukya Dynasty.
This special cover depicts the 108 feet Basaveshwar statue of Basavakalyan, Shri Kshetra papnash Shiva Temple of Bidar, Shilabalike statues of Jalasangi and Shri Kshetra Narasimha Jhira, a cave Temple can be seen.

Shri Veerabhadreshwara Temple Humnabad
A special cover on Shri Veerabhadreshwara Temple Humnabad was released at Maniknagar on 4th January 2019.
Shri Veerabhadreshwara Temple Humnabad built in 1725 by Raja Ramachandra Jadhav and dedicated to Lord Veerabhadreshwara another form of Lord Shiva. Temple is famous for its moving pillars. A seven days annual Veerabhadreshwara Jatra is being celebrated in the month of January in a massive way. The devotees come during jatra for performing Fire Walk.

Indian Insect Diversity
A special cover was released on 31st January 2019 at Bengaluru on the occasion of the seminar,
'Celebrating Indian Insect Diversity' the 75th
birthday of Professor C. A. Viraktamath.
India is one of earth's biologically wealthiest nations with insects contributing in a big measure to its status as one of the world's 17 mega-biodiversity countries. Measuring biodiversity and designating conservation areas is impossible without the science of taxonomy. Professor C. A. Viraktamath, an insect taxonomist par excellence, has contributed immensely to promoting taxonomy.

Russia Post released a stamp on the Holy Prince Mikhail of Tver depicting a portrait of St. Prince Michael of Tver and
Princess Anna of Kashin, Tver Transfiguration of the Savior Cathedral,
as well as Old Russian military armament and attributes of Orthodox
worship on 5th December 2018.
The Holy Prince Michael of Tver (1271–1318) was a statesman and military
leader, Prince of Tver (from 1285) and Vladimir (1305–1317), the first
Grand Duke of All Russia.

Alupotsava - 2019
A special cover was released on 25th January 2019 on the occasion of Alupotsava - 2019 held at Barkur.
Alupotsava A unique event organised at Barkur from 25th to 27th January 2019 jointly by District administration and Department of Tourism Udupi with the aim to promote Barkur. This ancient city was Alupa's capital erlier known as "Baraha Kanyapura" which was later provincial capital under Vijjayanagara rulers. This tiny beautiful and historical town helps us to understand history and ancestry of Tulunadu culture, which has mysticism embodied in it. Barkur Heritage walk is created to recognise culture, tradtion, philosophy and myths.
