A set of 3 special cover was released on Hanumantha Vahanam, Gaja
Vahanam and Pushpaka Vimanam on the ocassion of Sri Venkateswara Swamy
Vari Navaratri Brahmotsavams 2018 at Thirumala on 15th October 2018.
Mounted on elephant vahana Lord Venkateshwara goes on procession. This
reveals the story of Gajendra Moksha of Bhagavatha according to Vaishnav
tradition Sharanagathi is the only way to be free from all problems and
bad deeds. In Sharanagathi Lord Venkateshwara is one who saves us and
who redeems us from the wordly bonds and shackles of our bad deeds.

Mounted on Hanumantha vahana Lord Malayappa Swamy reveals that he is
none other than Sri rama of Thretayuga, Hanuman is the eleventh avatar
of Lord Shiva, son of Anjana. The vahana seva preaches people that with
service to lord only. We will get love of God. In the Sri Vaishnava
tradition the service if Hanuman is as Siriya Tiruvadi. Hanuman is the
symbol for Dasya Bhakti.

On mounting Puspaka Vimanam, Malayappa Swamy goes on procession along with both consorts. It is the belief that witnessing Lord Vishnu in the Pushpaka Vimana chariot liberates them from the cycle of birth and death. It teaches the philosophy that body is the chariot and the charioteer is the God. The Golden Chariot is studded with all colors of flowers and jewellery.
