Russia Post released a stamp on Yevgeny Primakov 1929-2015) on 19th December 2017 depicting the star and badge of the Order for Merit to the Fatherland.
Yevgeny Maksimovich Primakov was an outstanding statesman and a public figure, diplomat, member of the USSR Academy of Science.
