What is an Omnibus Issue?
A set of stamps issued by different countries at the same time on a specific theme usually of the same design.
Eg: The Omnibus issue of 1981 for the International Year of Disabled Persons. Many countries like US. France, Malaysia, Malta, Jamaica, Sweden, turkey etc.and the UN issued stamps on this theme.
