India Post - Revision of foreign postage rates.

India Post in it's website has published a notification regarding hike in foreign postage rates with effect from 1st December 2015.

    a reading of the gazette notification linked to in the India post site says there is a reduction in foreign postage rates by Rs 5, not a hike
