300th Anniversary of St. Petersburg post office.

A souvenir sheet was released by Russian post to celebrate 300th Anniversary of St. Petersburg post office on 10th June 2014.

First Petersburg Post Office was opened in 1714 near the pier on the Trinity River Neva. Souvenir sheet has the image of  antique postcard of the 19th century and the building of the St. Petersburg post office. The circular postage stamp has the writing "St. Petersburg. Pochtamt. 300 years ".
