Russia Post released a stamp on Rasul Gamzatovich Gamzatov on 28th June 2013. Rasul Gamzatovich was a prominent Soviet and Russian Avar poet, writer and politician.
The stamp depicts a portrait of RG Gamzatov and badge of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called.
