300 years of Tula Arms Plant.

On 1st February 2012 Russia released a Souvenir Sheet to celebrate 300 years of  Tula Arms Plant.

 The stamp shows an official symbol with arms on the history of the Tula arms factory, a monument of Peter I and in the background, the factory building.
