India Post released a stamp to celebrate 50 years of Sashastra Seema Bal. SSB which was set up in 1963 is a Border Guarding Force (BGF) under the administrative control of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Russia Post issued a souvenir Sheet to commemorate 200 years of the victory of the allied armies in the Battle of Leipzig on 19th September 2013. The Souvenir sheet depicts picture of the war by K. Rechlin "Attack of the Life of the Cossacks near Leipzig 4 October 1813 " ( 1845) from the collection of the Novocherkassk Museum of Don Cossacks.

Russia Post issued a stamp of Sergei Mikhalkov - writer, social activist and author on 9th October 2013.

XXII Olympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi. Olympic Torch Relay

Russia Post issued a Souvenir sheet on 7th September Olympic Torch Relay of XXII Olympic Winter Games 2014 to be held in Sochi.The stamp depicts the emblem Olympic Torch and Map of the Russian Federation, Torch Relay, the images of the Moscow Kremlin and the Naval Station in the city of Sochi in the borders of the sheet.

Postage Stamp in honour of Sachin Tendulkar.

On 14th November 2013, as Sachin Tendulkar played his 200th Test, which will be his last test match, was honoured by a release of a set of stamp.

Milind Deora, Sharad Pawar and Rajeev Shukla took to the ground to release the stamp honouring Sachin Tendulkar ahead of the second Test between India and West Indies.There will be 2 stamps of Rs.20/- each and a miniature sheet which will be available to the collectors later.

A limited edition special 10-gram gold coin which was used for today's toss to commemorate Tendulkar's farewell game. The coin has Tendulkar's photo and the MCA logo on the other side. It also has a metallic replicas for fans who wish to buy them as mementoes.
